About Nic
Nic started his commercial real estate career in 2018 as an intern and was promoted to commercial associate and director of property management upon graduating from Morningside University with a business marketing degree in May of 2019.
Nic has sold over $100M dollars of commercial real estate since 2020 through seeking out investment opportunities for his clients. Nic specializes in multifamily and self storage properties.
In 2020, Nic started investing in single family, multifamily, and self storage properties. Nic’s portfolio grew rapidly, now owning 220 multi units and over 500 self storage units. In 2023, Nic left his director of property management roll and started his own property management company, MW Property Management.
Nic and his wife Madeline resides in South Dakota with their daughter Aspen and dog, Crush. Nic enjoys spending time with family, boating in Okoboji, golfing, and coaching wrestling.
